Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. No refund given.  Because of the nature of custom items and crafting goods they cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once in production. We will always do our best to remedy errors made by us in the form of replacement.

• DTF Transfers & Custom Prints: All sales are final. Images are printed how they are uploaded and ordered by you. The previewer shows you exactly how your image will print. We will not reprint your order due to file issues, sizing, or color issues. We will only reprint orders with obvious defects that occurred during printing.
• Pressing Services: Final sale once the service has been performed.
• Non-custom merchandise (blank apparel):
  • May be exchanged within 14 days of delivery in new, unused, unopened condition with original packaging.
  •  A restocking fee may apply if packaging is missing or product is not resellable.
• Damaged/defective on arrival: Please email photos and your order number to service@vinylhutms.com within 72 hours of pick up. We’ll reprint, replace, or credit as appropriate.
• Before pressing: Inspect transfers and garments prior to pressing. We cannot replace items that were pressed with visible issues or the wrong size.
•  CANCELLED ORDERS ARE CHARGED A $3.00 CANCELLATION FEE

Local Pickup

Pickup is available at: 3680 Highway 61 N, Cleveland, MS 38732 during posted business hours (typically Mon–Sat, 10am–6pm).

• We’ll email when your order is ready.
• Bring your order confirmation. If someone is picking up for you, add their name in the order notes.
• We hold pickup orders for 30 days. Custom items not collected within that window may be forfeited; refunds are not available on custom work.

Payment & Taxes

• We accept major debit/credit cards and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is captured at the time of order.
• Custom Design & Print Setup deposits: A $20 deposit secures your spot and is non-refundable, but it is applied to your final invoice if you proceed.
• Orders are not printed until paid in full
•  Sales tax is collected where required by law 
• Orders with chargebacks, suspected fraud, or unusual activity may be cancelled at our discretion.
• Pricing and availability are subject to change. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected; we’ll contact you if that affects an open order.

Heat Pressing Service Terms

Our team can press your transfers onto garments for you. By ordering this service, you agree to the following:

We only press shirts that we sell and do not press customer supplied items.

• Placement & instructions: Provide clear placement notes (front/back/left sleeve/right sleeve, size/position). When instructions are not provided, standard placement guidelines are used.
• Per-location pricing: Pressing is billed per location. Multi-location jobs are priced accordingly (as shown on the product page).
• If The Vinyl Hut supplies the garment: We will replace or re-press at our cost if an error occurs in workmanship.
• Approvals: If a design proof is required, production begins only after your written/email approval.

Color & Print Quality

• Screen vs. print: Colors viewed on screens can differ from printed colors due to device settings and lighting. Slight variation is normal and not a defect.
• Color adjustments: We may make minor adjustments to improve print results (e.g., contrast, under base /white coverage). Exact Pantone matching is not guaranteed.
• Artwork quality: Best results come from high-resolution artwork (300 DPI at print size) in PNG, SVG, or PDF with transparent backgrounds. Low-resolution images may appear soft or pixelated when printed. We are not responisble for the quality of your images. The image previewer shows exactly how your image will print.
• Washing & care: Follow our care recommendations (inside-out, cold wash, low heat, avoid bleach/fabric softener). Improper care can shorten print life.

Turnaround Times

Standard Production: Most DTF transfer orders are produced within 1–3 business days, depending on when your order is submitted and our print schedule. During peak periods, please allow extra time.

Printing Days: We print on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday only. Orders are processed in the order they are paid for to ensure fairness for all customers.

Cut-Off Time for Next-Morning Pickup: Orders submitted before 3:00 PM on a print day are guaranteed to be ready by 10:00 AM the next morning when we open. Orders placed after 3:00 PM roll over to the next available print day.

No Same-Day Printing: We do not offer same-day printing. If you need your order for a specific date, please plan ahead and place it early to meet the cutoff time.

Example Scenarios

Custom Design Work: Turnaround is typically 4–7 business days. Production speed depends on design complexity, number of revisions, and response time. Printing does not begin until your final invoice is paid and proof is approved. Delays in feedback or approvals will pause the timeline.

Pressing Services: Add 1–2 additional business days for orders where we press your transfers onto garments, depending on quantity and complexity.

Rush Requests: We do not offer rush service. All orders are printed in the order they are paid for to be fair to everyone. If you have a hard deadline, please contact us before ordering. While we will do our best to help, same-day printing and rush orders cannot be guaranteed, especially for larger orders requiring pressing.
