How It Works

For Light Fabric Transfers (White or Light-Colored Garments)

1. Design & Print – Mirror (flip) your artwork. Print on the plain/uncoated side with an inkjet.
2. Prep Garment – Lay flat and pre-press for 5 seconds to remove wrinkles/moisture.
3. Apply (Heat Press) – Place transfer face-down on the garment.
   Settings: 375°F (190°C), 15–20 seconds, medium–firm pressure.
4. Apply (Household Iron) – Cotton/no steam. Press firmly for 20–30 seconds per area, overlapping slightly until full image is covered.
5. Cool & Peel – Cool 20–30 seconds, then peel backing smoothly. For extra durability, cover with parchment/Teflon and press an additional 5 seconds.

For Dark Fabric Transfers (Black or Dark-Colored Garments)

1. Design & Print – Do not mirror. Print on the coated/printable side.
2. Trim – Cut tightly around the design (scissors or cutter) and remove excess film.
3. Prep Garment – Lay flat and pre-press for 5 seconds to eliminate moisture/wrinkles.
4. Apply (Heat Press) – Peel the backing, position the printed design face-up, cover with parchment/Teflon.
   Settings: 350°F (177°C), 20–25 seconds, firm, even pressure.
5. Apply (Household Iron) – Cotton/no steam. Cover with parchment/Teflon and press firmly for ~60 seconds, moving slowly with overlapping passes.
6. Cool & Finish – Cool 30–60 seconds, then peel parchment/Teflon. For added durability, cover again and press another 5 seconds.
